What is Jailbreaking?

Jailbreaking is the process of removing software restrictions imposed by Apple on iOS, iPadOS, and other Apple operating systems. By exploiting security vulnerabilities, jailbreaking grants root access to the device's file system and allows software not authorized by Apple to be installed and run.
